Full Job Description Customer Service Coordinator-Bilingual Preferred:
**New training class starts May, 24 2021 (Fully Paid Training)
**New Hire Training is 3 weeks long at a 9-5 schedule and then 12:30pm-9:30pm shift will go into effect.
Job Summary: As a Service Coordinator, you will be expected to coordinate transportation and translation services for Worker’s Compensation patients with a positive and professional demeanor. This includes:
• Managing inbound and outbound calls
• Collaborating with clients, patients, drivers and translators
• Collecting and entering appointment information
• Meeting production expectations
Required Skills:
• Ability to work independently, with or without immediate supervision
• Strong written/oral communication skills
• Ability to speak/read/write English fluently
• Ability to work with people at all levels in a team-oriented, customer service oriented environment
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to navigate computer and internet based programs efficiently
• Alpha/Numeric Data Entry
• High level of professionalism
• Customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to speak/read/write Spanish
• Experience with English/Spanish Translation
• Experience with ACD telephone lines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

ProCare is the largest privately held Worker’s Compensation transportation and language services provider. We provide customer service within the Worker's Compensation industry to arrange for transportation and provide language support to injured workers and the companies supporting their claims.

Pay rates start at $13.50+ per hour, dependent upon experience, with opportunity for career advancement, growth and development.
Our Customer Service team assists our client companies in their efforts to efficiently arrange transportation to medical appointments, pharmacy stops, etc... and, also provide language support in over 200 languages through both our bi-lingual Customer Service center and through contract interpreters. We communicate with injured workers regarding their transportation arrangements and dispatch contracted transport providers and interpreters. We also work through issues, as they arise. It is a fast-paced, team oriented, customer service focused environment.
12:30 PM to finish 9:30 PM Monday - Friday after training is completed
During training (first 3-4 weeks): 9:00 AM to approximately 5:00 PM Monday - Friday
