Full Job Description NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!
Seeking RELIABLE, HARDWORKING, TEAM FOCUSED individuals with a POSITIVE ATTITUDE and attention to SAFETY and DETAIL to complete a DRIVER TRAINING PROGRAM.
Responsibilities:
• Finish loading/sort vehicle according to assigned route for the day
• Safely and accurately deliver & pick-up packages in a timely manner
• Inspect and monitor delivery vehicle
• Properly code packages in scanner
• Maintain accurate inventory of packages
Qualifications:
• be at least 21 years of age
• have a valid FLORIDA Drivers License
• have proof of authorization to work in the US
• have a CLEAN MVR (motor vehicle record will be checked)
• pass a criminal background check
• be drug free (pass immediate and random drug tests)
• be in good physical condition and able to handle large and/or heavy packages up to 150 lbs. This is a very physically demanding job & could involve climbing stairs
• must fluently speak, read and understand English
• capable of operating a scanning device
• have a working smart phone & willing to use it on the job for GPS & communication
• must be available to work SATURDAY and/or SUNDAY
• have reliable transportation to and from the terminal
• this job starts and ends each day at the terminal in Palmetto
Training Program is paid for by the employer.
