Sales and Marketing Associate Responsibilities
As a Sales and Marketing Associate with Upward0 you will have an important role working on the front line directly with the customers. Connecting the brand to the customer. This is a great opportunity to make your mark as a Sales and Marketing Associate and enjoy what you do!
•
Foster a relationship with new customers
•
Assist with marketing campaigns, trade shows, promotional events and retail pop up events.
•
Prepare and carry out promotional presentations and demonstrations as needed
•
Collaborate with marketing, advertising and sales teams throughout the campaign
•
Assist with promotional activities including sales transactions, presentations, customer needs and documentation
•
Maintain customer flow at our event venues
•
Identify and fulfil all customer needs / enquiries
•
Ensure all customers are aware of the latest deals and offers available to them
•
Assisting with the product ordering process
