Full Job Description Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
Local Company seeks Book keeper/Administrative Assistant to work directly with the Owner/President. Experience in book keeping required, experience in working with Financials preferred. Tasks will include:
• Balancing accounts
• Updating various spreadsheets on company statistics weekly
auditing and correcting ledger accounts.
• Analyzing and present financial reports and financial statements, explaining discrepancies from
Financial Statements to internal management.
• Review financial controls for internal disbursement processes to create streamlined and secure
payment environment.
• Produce financial reports and audit documentation to facilitating internal and external auditing if required.
• Managing and directed fiscal operations, including planning budgets, authorizing expenditures, and
accounting.
• Assist with project and site-related objectives, operating financing, financial
controls, systems integration, and audits.
• Control and verification of the work of assistants
• Implement processes that utilized accounts receivable sub-ledger for accounting and customer
attribute reporting.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in monthly bank accounts.
• Prepared monthly and year-end closing statements, and financial documents.
• Collaborate extensively with outside C.P.A. during preliminary and year-end audit processes.
• Assess accounting accuracy, performing daily cash functions, including A/P and A/R tracking,
budgeting, payroll transactions, wage allocation, salary expenses, online donations and bank, credit card
and petty cash reconciliations.
• Handling projects as directed by the President to improve operations and update technology.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
COVID-19 considerations:
