Job Description:
The Tampa, Florida office of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, an AmLaw 200 law firm with offices in five states, seeks a corporate attorney with 2 to 6 years of M&A experience.  Qualified candidates will have substantial corporate transactional experience, including structuring and documenting complex acquisition transactions. Securities law experience, including experience with public and private securities offerings and with SEC reporting obligations and corporate governance issues is desirable, but not essential.
