DATA SECURITY ANALYST SR - Identity Access Management
The Data Security Analyst, Senior serves as an administrative and operational security lead for the IS Security team. Identifies security issues, performs risk assessments, and develops processes and procedures to minimize security risks and to improve operational efficiency. Involved in the development and enhancement of administration methodologies utilizing security best practices, create program and scripts to automation user provisioning for enterprise applications, involve in selections of user provisioning solution, help implements and maintains security technology, help implement automation, auditing, large-scale security event management, and enterprise identity management. Utilizes experience with Information Security threats and security tools to mitigate the impacts of security events. Performs daily operations support, maintenance and troubleshooting for all security systems, and other duties as assigned. MCSA and / or Security certifcation is preferred.
Desired Skills for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional with experience in IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM), IBM Identity Governance and Intelligent (IGI) and ISIQ.
Preferred Skill Set:
-Strong understanding of Role Based Access Control (RBAC) and Provisioning-Role mining and role engineering
-Working knowledge of TDI and building Assembly Line (AL).
-Setup and maintain ITDI HR identity feed
-Design and develop TDI based custom Adapter
-Configuration and customization scripting of provisioning policy, workflow, and lifecycle rule
-Experience with ISIM middleware’s (WebSphere, DB2/Oracle, Ldap, and virtual appliance)
-Troubleshooting skills utilizing ISIM trace log, Ldap log, database log, and adapter log.
-Experience with ISIM, IGI appliance and ISIQ appliance patch and upgrade
-Experience with administration and implementation of IGI
-Experience in setting up compliance report
-Design, setup, and configure data extract via ISIQ to IGI
-ISIQ: Working knowledge of Kafka and its topics
-ISIQ: Working knowledge of IGI database schema
- Troubleshoot data flow from ISIM-ISIQ-IGI
-Experience in Unix and Windows
