Full Job Description HomeXpress Mortgage Corp. is a face in the wholesale Non-QM mortgage market. This company was founded by a group of mortgage professionals who have a long history of providing flexible solutions to borrowers who fit outside of the Prime/Qualified Mortgage space all while providing the best service levels to our broker partners in the industry.
We are seeking a friendly, engaging Recruiter to join our team! The ideal candidate has a polished appearance, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills. This person will be the face of our company to prospective candidates so they must be able to convey the company vision and values, while also assessing whether a candidate is a strong fit for both the position and our company.
Basic Job Duties:
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. for mortgage industry candidates.
• Coordinate interviews for hiring managers, conduct interviews for senior to entry- level positions
• Maintain various reports
• Assess and evaluate interviewees
• Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred experience:
• High volume recruiting 25-30 candidates each month
• Customer Service skills
• Recruiting experience with a proven track record
Requirements:
• Two to five years high volume recruiting experience in the mortgage industry with proven track record
• Proactive, autonomous, self-starter
• Must be able to multi-task in a high volume environment
• Demonstrates leadership qualities
• Responsible, organized, energetic, assertive, accountable, and adaptable individual
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
