Full Job Description Position - Member Service Representative
Location – Tampa, FL 33602
Direct Hire
Responsibilities :
· Provide timely, accurate and efficient service to our customers via virtual platforms, email and live chat
· Verify and validate the authenticity of member identification
· Follow closely the verification process
· Work with customers on account issues and product troubleshooting to provide a working solution
· Ensure proper documentation and company protocols are followed
Qualifications/Background Profile :
· 6 + months in customer service-based role (specifically call center is not a requirement)
· Intermediate to advanced computer skills; including proficiency with internet and search engines, operating systems, and browsers; effective manipulation of multiple screens simultaneously
· Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
· Projects a competent, enthusiastic, and empathetic demeanor with customers
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both spoken and written
· Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
· Flexibility and reliability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
· Must possess a can-do attitude and strong work ethic
· Excellent attention to detail, spelling, and multi-tasking abilities
· Outgoing, energized, and the ability to build great customer relationships
