We are seeking a Closing Coordinator onsite in Temple Terrace, FL. Qualified candidates must have prior experience working in real estate or property management. The starting salary for this role is $45,000.
Primary Duties:
• Review Draft/Final CDs from title companies for accuracy
• Coordinate/Maintain ALL Communication with OSL’s (Outside Lenders), including updates on all changes
• Coordinate/Maintain ALL Communication with title companies, including updates on all changes
• Provide a weekly OSL (Outside Lender) status to the Contracts & Closing Manager
• Request Plans/Specs and 79g as needed for Lenders
• Provide Builder Docs (Warranty, Builder Cert, Termite Cert, Contract, Certificate of Occupancy, Change Orders, etc.) to OSL.
• Review/Process Changes Orders within 30 days of Closing if needed for CD Review
