Full Job Description Boswell Home Group a top-producing real estate team within well known brokerage, Keller Williams Realty New Tampa is seeking a Full-Time Executive Assistant/Transaction Coordinator .
This high level position is the quarterback to a real estate team with a fast-paced, quickly growing business and is critical to our day to day operations.
Desired candidate will be self-motivated, detail oriented, ethical, coachable, and willing to learn. A positive team player attitude is a must, with the ability to solve problems and find solutions independently. Candidate must have the ability to coordinate the real estate sales process, as well as, have exceptional professionalism, customer service and computer skills. Candidate must also be tech-savvy.

• Florida Real Estate License (Preferred)
• Experience as real estate transaction coordinator (Preferred)
• Strong Knowledge of Dot Loop, Docusign,
• Knowledge and experience with social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, ect)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (ie. Excel), Google Calendar, Zoom, and Canva
• Knowledge with email campaign programs ie. Mail Chimp.
Responsibilities:
• Manage our database daily and provide back-office support
• Provide reports on a daily/weekly basis as necessary
• Set showing appts and offer back end office support to agents
• Coordinate and manage client transactions from contract to close
• Create presentation packets including listing packets, buyer packets, ect.
• Errands including but not limited to office supply needs, post office runs, lock box/sign/flyer distribution and pick up
• Open house preparation/assistance when needed
• Order/prepare/deliver/ship client appreciation gifts and events
• Provide excellent concierge level customer service to clients
• Create online/print/mailing marketing materials and social media campaigns
• Liaison between clients, agents, team members, vendors, inspectors, title companies, lenders ect.
Details
Location: Keller Williams Realty New Tampa – Opportunity to work remotely
Hours: Full/Time 8:30 a.m.-5:30p.m. M-F.
Minimum Requirements:
· Valid driver’s license
· Reliable personal vehicle
· Flexibility in work schedule
· Background check
· Florida Real Estate License is not required but preferred
Language: English (required) Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency (preferred)
Compensation: Up To $40,000 salary based on experience
