Joining our customer focused team in Tampa you will be working with new and existing customers supporting them with their technical queries and journey with Invenco.
About the role
Located in beautiful Tampa, Florida, the Customer Support Analyst, will provide technical second level support to customers and partners. This position will be key in resolution of basic to moderately complex technical problems related to installation, maintenance, use and repair of company's products. Core functions are, but not limited to:
• Providing technical support to Invenco customers via phone and email.
• Supportsing field technicians via phone and email - both external and internal teams.
• Cloud support
• Mentoring and being part of a collaborative team.
Skills & Experience
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, along with passion for IT, with great diagnostic, trouble shooting and analytical skills. You will have held similar roles with the following technical experience:
• 1+ years Technical Call Center experience within providing technical assistance
• Experience being front line with customers (meetings, support matter discussions) is a must
• Technical skills including high level understanding of POS and Petroleum environment
• Experience in process implementation and continuous improvement
• Problem investigation and resolution experience in a software and hardware environment
• Multitasking skills
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar call center software
• Able to analyze and resolve moderately complex technical issues by using standard problem-solving methodologies.
• Be able to work in shifts on a rotational basis, days, evenings, nights, and weekends, including holidays.
