Our team provides primary care, wound management, podiatry, pain management, palliative care, psychiatric care, and optometry to individuals who would otherwise not be able to receive care. We currently provide house call care in over 23 counties within the State of Florida and five counties within the Dayton, Ohio area. Our physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants treat patients in private homes, as well as assisted living facilities, and independent living facilities. Mobile Physician Services works closely with local home health agencies, laboratory and diagnostic imaging companies, DME providers and other local vendors to ensure that our patients have all the services and supplies that they require.
General Summary
The Physician Recruiter will contribute to our success by organizing and administering the organization's recruiting and sourcing initiatives.
• Create, place and track postings in relevant regions and job boards
• Track applicants in Applicant Tracking System
• Communicate with hiring managers regarding skills, qualifications and time-frames
• Utilize available databases to solicit potential candidates and or leads
• Work with Human Resources and Credentialing to coordinate onboarding
• Organize and attend recruitment events either virtually or in-person
• prepare weekly status reports
• Ensure databases and ATS information is accurate and up-to-date
• May recruit for back office positions
• Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• No less than three years in the recruitment filed
• No less than two years in the medical recruiting arena
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Proven follow-up and attention detail
