(Initial) Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer phones in a professional manner, assist or direct caller as appropriate
• Respond professionally and promptly to e-mail correspondences
• Ensure organization and maintenance of association records
• Keep Community Managers informed of association and owner communications
• Obtain bids for Association projects
• Track projects assigned to the Community Manager
• Prepare letters of violation and ensure proper documentation of issues
• Maintain gate system or access software for Associations
• Preparation of mailings, which includes making copies, folding and stuffing into envelopes
• Other administrative tasks as assigned
Candidates must:
• Have a strong work ethic with a professional attitude
• Have a smile in your voice with a record of providing excellent customer service
• Possess great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Be a driven, self-starter, requiring little supervision
• Be organized and detail-oriented
• Have MS Office experience (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Easily learn new software programs
• A natural instinct towards honesty in all that you do
