Large Tampa law firm seeking a full-time Customer Service Team Member
Qualified applicants must:
• have excellent attendance/punctuality;
• have the ability to prioritize and act on time-sensitive matters, while handling an extremely fast-paced, demanding position that carries a heavy workload;
• possess excellent communication/customer service skills (written and oral - English and Spanish preferred for Customer Service);
• be team-work oriented, helpful/available, problem solver, and the ability to perform a variety of complex tasks requiring independent judgment/action in accordance with organizational policies and procedures;
• have the ability to work in a file-less environment with the needed computer skills to operate internal/external case management and imaging systems.  (Microsoft Office and Outlook)
Office hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
