Systems Analyst St. Michael's Inc. | Tampa, Florida 33621 Early Career (2+ yrs experience) Unspecified Secret IT - Data Science IT - Data Science Overview: St. Michael's Inc., has an opportunity for an experienced Systems Analyst in the Tampa, FL area in support of a large defense organization. The selected candidate shall build and document the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) crosswalks from the legacy code contained in the legacy systems into the standard data structure contained in the Defense Corporate Database (DCD) / Defense Corporate Warehouse (DCW) pertaining to those codes controlled by USSOCOM (i.e. OA, ASN, BPAC, AMSCO, Subhead, EOC, etc.) either currently or in the future. This includes creating System Change Requests (SCR) to implement new USSOCOM requirements in the DCD/DCW and working with the developer to implement those SCRs.

Active Clearance required: Secret
Required: Minimum of three years' experience in automated code management, including the following:
* Facilitate integration of all coding structures associated with new Service Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP's) i.e. Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management Systems (DEAMS), General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS), Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NRP) and DoD Electronic Funds Distribution (EFD) System.
* Provide analytical analysis of financial management systems, financial databases, other program databases that contain financial information in order to provide internal and external reports as required by DoD and USSOCOM Policy and Regulations.
* Analyze all current training plans and training material to support the existing Financial Management System and Financial Coding Training Plan to include the details of the analysis to support any recommended changes and plan of action and milestones for completion of the overarching plan.
* Conduct research, analysis, interviews, and discussions to determine recommended USSOCOM financial data requirements for the Corporate Database/Warehouse (DCD/DCW). In determining the USSOCOM financial information requirements from the DCD/DCW, the contractor shall include data needed by headquarters, component, field level, and acquisition SOF managers.
