Responsibilities
Job Description:
The Marketing Specialist will perform an important function on the Iron EagleX team as they engage with current and future employees and customers via multiple social media platforms. IEX is looking for an individual to create fun and entertaining content that engages potential/current employees, clients, and partners. Content will be used for key areas such as recruiting efforts, news about the organization, and content related to key business areas such as emerging technologies or government news. The Specialist will be expected to run, LinkedIn Promotions, Facebook Ads and Google Adwords campaigns in addition to sending out regular social media posts, marketing emails and creating a company newsletter. This will be a part-time remote position with the ability to utilize workspace within our Tampa HQ.
Job Duties Include (but not limited to):
• Launch and manage advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook (including Instagram ads), google Adwords, YouTube, and any other platforms we may explore as we grow.
• Develop schedule and strategy around regular release of content that reflects the values/interests of the company
• Monitor results and analytics and develop marketing strategies accordingly
• Develop integrated internal corporate newsletter to keep employees informed on internal changes/growth
• Manage email marketing including maintaining a contact database and sending out regular marketing email blasts
• Develop visual and written content for our social media pages, advertisements, and emails
• Manage customer service inquiries via email and LinkedIn/Facebook Messenger and interact with the community through social media posts and comments. Platforms may include, but are not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
• Experience managing LinkedIn / Facebook ads
• Experience developing and creating new content within Social Media Platforms
• Experience running email marketing campaigns
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and task-oriented
• Self-starter with the ability to manage time and prioritize
• Sound judgment, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Desired Skills:
• Photoshop or other design experience is highly desired
• Experience with social media integration platforms (i.e. HootSuite)
Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or 2+ years equivalent experience)
