Objective
This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
Essential Responsibilities
• Management and execution of day-to-day commercial brewery programming.
• Deploys successful social platform marketing campaigns and owns implementation from ideation to execution.
• Supports our Point of Sale and merchandise development.
• Ownership over taproom marketing and local events.
• Builds strategic relationships and partners with key community players, and vendors.
• Contributes to strategic marketing planning and presentations.
• Supports development of innovation pipeline.
Additional Responsibilities
• Identifies areas for process improvement.
• Monitors industry best practices and competitive deep dives.
• Ensures continuous and comprehensive training and development for staff.
• Performs other related duties as required or assigned.

Physical & Mental Requirements
Must have the physical and mental strength and endurance to be able to perform duties, in at times extreme environments, as well as the ability to handle stressors of the position in operational and administrative situations. Required to frequently lift and move 10 -25 pounds. Expected to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate objects, tools, and controls.
