The general duties as a Team Lead, Data Entry for U.S. Legal Support include responsibilities such as a leading a team of Data Entry Analysts focused on new job entry, ensuring quality and accuracy, and overall operational achievement. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing headcount capacity based on pre-established metrics and KPI’s, exceeding client expectations, and leading from the front.
Essential Job Functions: • Review quality control and accuracy of all new job requests into database
• Mentor, lead and coach a team of data entry analysts
• Responsible for the compliance of SLA’s and metrics
• Use data and analytics to drive team capacity and needs
• Responsible for accuracy of dispatching all incoming scheduling emails
• Identify any data deficiencies or errors and correct
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete requests
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements: • Minimum 4-years relevant work experience.
• Litigation support experience is a plus
