Full Job Description Pool Troopers, a fast growing pool and spa maintenance organization, is looking to hire an Internal Company Recruiter.
The Internal Company Recruiter will be a valuable member of the Pool Trooper team responsible for the fast pace full-cycle recruitment process throughout the entire company.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
• Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing and Onboarding Candidates
• Develop and maintain company job descriptions
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and qualify
• Assist Human Resource team as necessary
