Full Job Description IMMEDIATE HIRE!
This is a PART-TIME position with anywhere between 20 to 25 hours per week, with potential for more hours, and possibly full-time. Store hours are M-F 8:30am-6:00pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. Please only apply if you are able to work within the hours listed above.
Starting pay rate is $10.50 per hour, commensurate with experience. Will increase to $11.00 per hour when the 90-day probationary/training period is completed successfully AND the employee is able to work independently.
JOB LOCATION: Ruskin/Sun City Center
REQUIRED EDUCATION: High school or equivalent
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 1 year of customer service
JOB TYPE: Part-time
JOB DUTIES:
• Deliver OUTSTANDING customer service in a friendly, professional manner
• Greet our customers with enthusiasm
• Use of a POS system to process sales and shipping transactions with accuracy
• Packaging, faxing/scanning, copying, laminating, binding, printing, key cutting, fingerprinting, and more
• Sorting and distributing mail and packages
• Stocking, merchandising, inventory and cleaning
REQUIREMENTS:
• An outgoing and positive personality is a must
• Extremely reliable, responsible, with a great work ethic
• Able to have fun, while maintaining a professional and productive work atmosphere
• Follows, monitors and maintains store policies and procedures
• Open to and able to quickly adapt to process changes
• Great organizational skills and quality oriented
• Excellent communication, listening, customer interaction and telephone skills
• Able to work independently once training is complete and also in a team atmosphere
• Energetic, self-motivated and proactive with daily tasks
• Able to maintain expected work level and follow procedures with minimal or no supervision
• Eager to learn, and a desire to perform a wide variety of duties
• Desire to WORK, giving 100% throughout your shift
• Strong computer skills
• Must be trustworthy and dependable
• Able to lift/carry 50 lbs and move heavier packages with hand trucks, and stand for long periods of time
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Previous Experience with FedEx, USPS and DHL, shipping are a PLUS.
• Notary a plus
• Willingness and ability to obtain a Florida notary license if not currently licensed.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required.
