Full Job Description Chet's Termite & Pest Mgmt's current office staff has been in place over 20 years and we're looking to add 1 qualified individual to join our team.
Our perfect candidate would have the following
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to work with Word & Excel documents
* Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
* Ability to speak clearly and project good voice tone
* Ability to accurately document and present information during phone calls
* Ability to report to work on time...every day.
* Current shift is flexible, but would prefer daily M-F 10am to 2pm
* 1 Saturday per month 8am to 12pm
* Reliable transportation to and from work
Duties will include:
* Responsible for performing inbound and outbound calls
* Provide customer support with knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
* Work with all departments to meet customer's needs.
* Perform other clerical duties to include (but not limited to) filing, reception work, answering reception phones, replying to email requests, customer concerns, etc.
* Performs other duties as assigned
