Responsible for advanced diagnostic troubleshooting, debugging, and programming of injection machine controls, specifically Husky PET systems with Siemens, Beckoff and Indramat CLC controls. Takes instruction on technical design problems and on-site conditions, and conducts controls upgrades specific to addressing obsolescence issues. Provide detailed reporting, including testing techniques, equipment specifications and other practical details of the injection process. Quarterly travel to others Plastipak Facilities and Customers as needed.
