Job Description:
• Lead Enterprise Operations & Technology Talent Acquisition - Manage a team of recruiters
• Develop detailed Diversity recruiting strategy to meet business' need for proactive talent acquisition
• Act as technical subject matter expert (SME) with a proven track record of transformational leadership.
• Thought-leader and change agent who leads through collaboration and influence, while displaying professionalism and discretion
• Primary point of contact with Senior business leaders and HR partners (HR Advisors, Compensation, etc).
• Manage sensitive and confidential matters; resolve complex issues via influence.
• Work on senior level roles; work directly with business heads and MDs to fill key positions.
• Responsibilities include a global component; able to engage candidates from other regions; understands issues relating to international relocation and expatriate process; lead mobility efforts across regions.
• Work closely with Diversity team to facilitate slate process; promote and manage internal mobility process.
• Manage relationships, negotiate contracts and serve as point of contact for both retained and contingency search firms
• Use social media to build upon established network of function/business area; proactively introduce talent to managers for future hiring needs
• Utilize Metrics and Reporting to inform business, diversity, and organizational decisions
Qualifications
• Solid understanding of IT business
• 5+ years managing small/mid-size recruiting team, including remote team members.
• 10+ recruiting experience in large, complex financial services environment.
• Proven and respected leader who raises the bar and empowers others to perform.
• Possesses advanced core recruiting and leadership skills; strong identification and assessment skills; recognized as an innovator.
• Has expert level understanding of compensation structures and possesses the ability to be creative in crafting offers which include: sign-on; guaranteed bonus; equity buyouts, deferred awards, etc.
• Known in the industry as a subject matter expert and a leader; has contacts for market intelligence, referrals and pipelining needs
• Able to consistently and proactively identify, locate and attract passive candidates at all levels by utilizing advanced recruiting techniques via digital platforms
• Possesses gravitas to lead conversations with senior candidates and influence business leaders.
• Demonstrated leadership ability; superior influencing skills.
• Strong project management skills
• Knowledge of Infrastructure Technology preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required, Masters preferred.
