Citi Shared Services (CSS) is a global organization of over 4,000 employees that supports the Global Functions with products including Finance & Risk Shared Services (FRSS), Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS), and Business & Travel Shared Services (BTSS). CSS is responsible for the services including tax reporting, payroll management, and global travel services.
The Common Capabilities function is a part of the CSS Chief of Staff organization and integrates four business office pillars:
• Communications
• Employee Experience & Culture
• Financial Management
• Management Reporting & Data Analytics
The Employee Experience & Culture and Stakeholder Management Pillar Lead will be directly responsible for developing and executing a cohesive strategy for the pillar in support of all the CSS products globally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute Employee Experience strategy including employee engagement and VOE strategy, manager effectiveness, rewards & recognition, leadership development programs, training & certifications, and diversity & inclusion
• Leads and manages a global team of Employee Experience professionals ensuring they have the right capabilities to effectively partner in every aspect of employee experience & culture
• Develop and execute stakeholder interaction model between Common Capabilities and key partners across CSS products and sites
• Manage relationships with CSS product heads, CSC site heads, and CAO’s to ensure proper support
• Oversee membership and licenses services and contracts for Citi including Gartner and Hackett
• Enable the standardization, transformation, and re-engineering of employee experience processes with respect to the pillar
• Work closely with HR partners and the EO&T Learning & Development team to ensure learning solutions and programs support business drivers and targets, in alignment with Citi / EIO&T strategies
• Represent CSS on applicable corporate / EO&T-wide talent, training, and engagement initiatives including EO&T VOE Committee
• Transform in-scope business office functions in alignment with Hackett model to achieve Stage 3 of the Value Contribution Model of a Digital Business Services organization
• Manage relationships with CSS product heads, CSC site heads, and CAO’s to ensure proper support
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in a large organization / financial services firm
• Direct experience managing a global team across multiple functions, preferred
• Strong communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal) skills including tact and diplomacy
• Ability to develop and implement organizational strategy and re-engineer processes
• Ability to influence and interact with senior leaders and colleagues
• Strong leadership and managerial skills to attract, retain, and develop talent for the function
• Creative and forward thinking with a GROWTH mindset and a CAN DO attitude
Education:
• Bachelor's degree; prefer advanced degree and/or equivalent experience
