This newly created role will be a critical part of how we enable our Global TA Function to drive and influence Citi’s diversity hiring strategy and outcomes reporting to the Global Head of TA Strategy and Programs (S&P).  The TA Diversity Effectiveness team will work in partnership with Talent & Diversity (where they will be a virtual member) to ensure TA and wider HR are well equipped to help drive, influence and accelerate diverse hiring outcomes with the business as part of our Citi Representation agenda and strategy.
The role within the Talent Acquisition Diversity Effectiveness team will act as an advisor and consultant to TA and the business on effective management of strategic partnerships and engagements both within externally and with critical business partners.  This role will help determine the most effective internal support model to ensure Citi’s competitive advantage in the marketplace with hiring diverse talent. Crucial to this work and a priority activity will be to ensure a data-driven approach to informing effectiveness of TA strategic partnerships as well as assessing how this can influence outcomes.  This individual will coordinate partnerships and ensure a consistent approach to engagement, negotiations, and tracking of prospects from engagement to convert to hire to enable a transparent ROI for external events.
Main Responsibilities
• Serves as the SME in Talent Acquisition and Diversity on Partnerships and Engagements, primarily external events, working with broader TA, key business stakeholders, events, communications, and marketing teams within Citi.
• Act as a Relationship Manager for Platinum level events as the liaison to external providers.
• Partner closely with Diversity & Inclusion organizations and business stakeholders to ensure consistent approach
• Serve as a project manager and strategist for partnerships and events to maximize Citi’s presence and participation
• Partner with Campus and Lateral Recruiting teams to ensure a holistic recruiting approach to converting prospects to candidates
• Manage all partner negotiations, contracts, payments, etc.
• Serve as central contact for all Citi attendees to external events
• Determine standard training needed for prior events and long-term modality
• Work in collaboration to determine long sustainability strategy to TA Partnerships and Engagements model
• Through Data Storytelling analyze the effectiveness of events through monthly ROI metrics
Qualifications
• Forward Compatible – Bold, Collaborative, Curious, Determined, Empathetic, Adaptable
• Demonstrable experience and knowledge in Talent Acquisition Partnerships, Engagements, and Events focused on prospecting
• Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines.
• Strong understanding of process, systems, technology and sourcing platforms in Workday in Talent Acquisition and Diversity.
• 5+ years’ experience within Talent Acquisition (w/ knowledge of both corporate and agency models) from entry level graduates to executive hiring.
• Strong ability to work within multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently with significant program management experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills demonstrating cross cultural understanding and knowledge across multiple geographic locations
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
