Full Job Description We are currently looking for an Office administrator and customer service representative to join our company. We are proud of our team of professionals who work together to provide quality pest control services to the members of our community. We are looking for our next team member who is ready to join our family and help continue our company growth! Experience is a plus but not necessary.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be well organized, detail oriented and self-motivated. Have experience working with Microsoft office Word and Excel documents. If you enjoy being on the go, learning something new every day, and interacting with a variety of customers, this position might be just what you have been searching for.
Our office hours are 8 - 5 Monday - Friday and 8 - 12pm on Saturdays. Position responsibilities include confirming customer appointments, handling incoming calls, working with schedules, technician paperwork and additional office tasks. We provide training and are looking for someone with a great attitude and customer service driven approach.
