PURPOSE: This person will work with the Operations staff to complete projects and provide support to Account Managers and Fleet Managers.
INTERN WILL LEARN AND BE EXPOSED TO:
• Real world knowledge of working with customers
• Hands on customers service & driver management experience
• Exposure to different levels of employees and management
• Participation in regular staff meetings
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Setting customer appointments
• Load tracking
• Support general office duties
• Job shadowing
• Other duties as assigned
RELATIONSHIPS:
Interact daily with drivers, operations personnel, customers, and all levels of Marten management.
EDUCATION:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Operations Management or other business related business major.
