About the Unit
Yara North America is a customer oriented Sales & Marketing organization. We are looking for a hyper motivated Marketing Production Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This position is critical to guarantee properly branded experiences for our customers whether it be in a digital environment or face-to-face at a tradeshow, out in the field, or at a retailer. This position has a strong implementation component and requires relationship management experience with vendors and sales teams.
Responsibilities
• Own, develop, and maintain a busy events calendar for all Yara North America regions (US & Canada) and coordinate its execution for both digital and and in person interactions.
• Coordinate all the marketing elements needed to back-up Yara’s sales interactions with customers such as those utilized in events, field days, retail branding.
• Liaise with vendors and Yara sales teams to coordinate all elements needed in tradeshows from purchasing to delivery. This includes selection of items in alignment with sales team, placing orders, following-up on shipments, payment of invoices, and communicating with stakeholders.
Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Agronomy or related field
• 5 years of work experience, preferably within Sales or Marketing
• Demonstrated planning and multitasking skills in a busy environment
• Expert level skills with Microsoft Office
• Technological and digital savviness is a plus
• Spontaneous and a creater of innovative ideas
• Business orientation

• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
