TAMPA, FL / FLORIDA – HOME OFFICE - HUMAN RESOURCES / FULL-TIME

About You:

The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-performance standards of the company. The successful candidate will oversee a team of recruiting coordinators and conduct recruiting functions for many positions across all functions of the company. This will include coaching recruiting staff, interviewing, creating job offers, and on-boarding. This position will also assist in a variety of HR responsibilities including record-keeping, metrics, team member communication and engagement. The Recruiting Manager should be self-motivated and able to self-manage and motivate others. The ability to WOW both customers and team members every day!
The goal is to ensure the Recruiting Manager supports the HR department’s Talent Department in running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Leads the Recruiting and Onboarding Functions of Trash Butler from Executive-Level down to Jr. Operations
· Oversee and provide enhancements to our Recruiting and Onboarding Processes
· Interface with Leadership Team and Management Nationwide
· Oversee Day-to-Day activities of Recruiting Coordinators
· Coach Recruiting Coordinators of Best Practices
· Conduct Daily ‘Huddle’ calls to ensure Team is consistently rowing in the same direction
· Files papers and documents into appropriate electronic employee files
· Be creative and flexible; adaptable to shifting priorities and multi-tasking
· Brand ambassador and Culture expert

· Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Associates degree or equivalent of 3-5 years related experience and training or a combination of the two
· Knowledge of Human Resources processes and best practices
· Effective interpersonal, and conflict management skills
· Professional verbal, written and presentation communication skills
· Demonstrate a sense of understanding and urgency for priorities
· Intermediate or above level computer skills a must with knowledge of Microsoft applications and Internet programs
· Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently
· Have an amazing outgoing personality and thrive in a fast-paced and growing industry
