Full Job Description JC PPC LLC is a marketing and consulting firm helping Doctors, Pharmacies and other healthcare companies. We are looking for an organized, upbeat Personal Assistant to join our rapidly growing company! This person's core responsibilities would be relate to the CEO's personal tasks inside and outside of the office. The ideal candidate would be a champion multi-tasker and possess the ability to maintain order in an ever-changing environment managing between all the other companies that the CEO owns and his personal life.
Responsibilities
• Assist CEO with management of all aspects of personal and professional life
• Coordinate travel arrangements for CEO and family (ie. flights, hotels, car service etc.)
• Run errands (groceries, dry cleaning, bank deposits, kids’ Dr visits etc.)
• Help with babysitting, light house cleaning, laundry
• Manage Schedules, make appointments, take dictations and minutes
• Travel with CEO
• Assist with making and presenting PPT
• Assisting in Marketing and managing social media
Requirements
• Ability to flourish in an environment with many different people, identities, experiences, perspectives and approaches.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
• MS Office and English proficiency
• Language Bonus (Spanish)
• Discretion and confidentiality a must
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
