Full Job Description An amazing opportunity to join a busy, rapidly growing company as a Human Resource Coordinator in our Tampa HQ location. The ICP Group is an international chemical manufacturing company with manufacturing locations across the USA and globally. We are an innovative company looking for innovative people to join our team and are currently expanding our Human Resource team to include a coordinator role.
This role provides a broad range of support for the Human Resources Department including but not limited to, coordination of recruiting, document management, onboarding and benefits. This role is the key to the HR team’s success and will be assisting on multiple different projects and initiatives as we continue to grow as an organization.
Essential Job Duties:
• Sets up job files, applicant tracking, sets up interview schedules.
• Responsible for internal and external jobs posting and maintenance of web sites.
• Manage the onboarding process for all new hires, including but not limited to initiating background checks, drug screenings & physicals (when required)
• Supporting new hires & managers with the online onboarding documents
• Responsible for compliance and supporting compliance for I-9’s and other employment related documents.
• Develop & run HRIS reports.
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment, management & changes.
• Work within multiple technology platforms and systems to ensure compliance, accuracy and a good employee experience.
• Perform special projects & all other duties as assigned.
Specifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) • Strong customer service skills in an interrupt-driven environment.
• Strong administrative skills with an emphasis on attention to detail and a thoroughness in completing the work.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Good organization and follow through skills.
• Strong human relations skills, to include interpersonal skills in communicating with all levels of employees, vendors & managers.
• Must demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work and handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
Education/Experience:
• Must have a strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Display enthusiasm, and desire to learn as well as confidence in dealing with employees.
• 1-2 yrs of experience in an office environment preferred
