Dispatcher/Customer Service
Moving Company looking for a self-motivated, responsible and organized individual. Candidate must have good communication skills along with computer skills.
Responsibilities of this position :
- Reviewing Driver's Schedules & Job Load to get jobs picked up & delivered.
- Accepting Estimates for moves of household goods.
- Working with contract carriers to get jobs delivered.
- Scheduling jobs. (Ability to map out jobs for the upcoming jobs.)
- Customer contact for drivers.
Position involves working with and speaking to multiple people over the phone including but not limited to Pick-Up Drivers, Delivery Drivers, Brokers & Customers.
This position is fast paced and requires a very detail oriented person that is able to adapt to change.
Experience:
• Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location:
• One location
