Responsible for acting as a liaison between parents and the daycare center, ensuring that parents are supported as well as possible.
Must be able to pass Background Check (local and federal).
Excellent customer service skills and experience is required.
Bilingual skills are required.
Primary Responsibilities
• Ensure a safe, happy, and stimulating environment for children.
• Provide excellent customer support for parents.
• Manage inquiries (via phone or in person) and tours for prospective parents.
• Process student enrollments information.
• Resolve parents' complaints via phone, email, Brightwheel (childcare management application), or in person.
• Monitor daily entries by teachers/assistants into Brightwheel and send out students’ daily reports to parents.
• Answer billing questions and process payments.
• Inform parents of upcoming events.
• Work with center director to ensure proper information is being delivered to parents.
• Assist center director as needed with tasks.
