Full Job Description COMPANY OVERVIEW
Established Financial Advisory Services firm serving the Tampa Bay and greater area for over 10 years is looking to support its continued growth with an Appointment Specialist who is an aggressive but well-mannered salesperson who is eager to build upon our successful portfolio of clients. This role is entirely customer service based and requires excellent communication skills.
Successful full background check is required.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Darwin Advisors is looking to add a Digital Designer and Brand Manager to our team. This role will help to develop and oversee our current rebrand effort. The ideal candidate will have experience with layout design, advertising, email & social media marketing, brochureware/print design and brand growth. Knowledge of Adobe’s suite of design tools in required. The ability to perform under limited supervision is a must.
Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple projects from concept through completion
* Collaborate with financial advisors to develop unique campaign concepts under the supervision of Creative Director
* Develop and execute guidelines for client interaction and service standards
* Maintain/grow social media presence across multiple platforms
* Collaborate with event planners to develop unique client experiences
* Contribute original ideas
Requirements:
* Minimum of four years as a creative professional
* Experience in producing digital creative for campaigns across multiple social channels, email marketing and advertising display
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills
* Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Compensation & Benefits
Target annual compensation for this position is set on a nonprofit scale and is commensurate with the relevant professional experience and/or advanced degrees of the successful candidate. Darwin Partners offers a competitive benefits package.
