Full Job Description DoneRite Home Services is an appliance sales company serving the greater Tampa Bay area. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience for our clients in attempts to maintain healthy relationships, which is imperative to our success and operations. With over 35 years of combined experience, DoneRite Home Services is looking to add professionals to our team.
Responsibilities:
• You will effectively maintain client relationships and achieve high client happiness results.
• Fulfill client order requests and navigate through client portals.
• Provide timely and accurate updates to clients regarding inquiries, issue resolution and statuses of work in progress.
• Possess strong organizational, verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
• General office and clerical duties.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through on tasks to meet deadlines.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic working environment with a keen attention to detail.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years' experience in a client relations/customer service role.
• Office administrative experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
• Professional attire and demeanor.
Education and Experience
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service required.
• Property management experience a plus.
Competitive pay based on experience.
Monday-Friday Schedule Required.
Full-Time (40 hours).
Paid Training.
Location- Tampa
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
