Full Job Description Office Hours: M-F 8 AM-12 PM EST
RESET IV is a fun, rapidly growing mobile IV hydration therapy company covering Las Vegas, South Florida, Los Angeles, Orange County, Dallas, Texas, and Washington, D.C.! We provide IV hydration that includes a wide range of vitamins, nutrients, and specific medications that treat the most common ailments that can be relieved with IV therapy. We come to patients' homes, hotel rooms, and offices to provide them relief from Hangovers, Jet Lag, Migraines, Exercise Fatigue, and general dehydration that is getting in the way of their lives.
The founders and management of RESET IV believe in creating an environment where the clinical staff is valued and appreciated. Our founders are involved in the day-to-day management of the company and look forward to developing relationships with each of the clinical staff, fostering open communication and understanding for everyone.
We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, independent individual who can fill our new Office Administrator position. The tasks of the office administrator will include, inventory management, vendor supply receiving, replenishing clinical staff with medical supplies. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Responsibilities
• Answer all incoming calls, dispatch medical staff, respond to chat inquires
• Track all inventory in and out of the medical supply room
• Conduct weekly inventory reporting to management
• Coordinate with medical staff for supply replenishing
• Receive, inspect, sort, and stock medical supplies and equipment from vendors
• Stock jump bags as needed for new hire medical staff
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with corporate
Skills
• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail
• High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
