Kliken provides a platform to help websites and store owners easily build and manage search and shopping marketing campaigns without any marketing or coding experience. Our success has brought us to a point where our team must expand to match our rapid growth.
We would like to hire a business support specialist to help us with the following:
• Credit card refunds
• Credit card disputes
• Billing inquiries
• Billing failures
This job will require you to talk to customers both inbound and outbound to solve billing issues.

Pay: $11.00 - $18.00 per hour
