Remote Position, East Coast Time Zone
JOTO PR Disruptors TM   is seeking a well organize, dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves being Executive Assistant to support our CEO/Chief Strategist.
The Executive Assistant will provide support to the Chief Executive Officer at JOTO PR. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently but also effectively interact with a team. Must be extremely organized, excellent time management skills, enjoys the administrative challenges supporting a CEO.

Our main activities are: Marketing Research, Strategic Communications Plans, Professional Writing and Editing, Publicity and Anti- PR, SoMe Amplification and Marketing, Crisis Management.
JoTo PR is an established remote workforce, with employees in several parts of the US, and a core group of employees in Tampa Bay, Fla.
Specific responsibilities & duties but are not limited to the following:
• Manage CEO’s day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
• Support CEO with presentations, contracts and outside events
• Distribute and track documents, ensure proper routing/approvals, and deliver or file when finalized.
• Prepare presentations, meeting agendas, emails and other written communications.
• Administer, organize, and maintain files,
• Demonstrates working knowledge of policies, procedures, and processes required within the organization.
• Create meeting agendas, minutes, and action item logs.
• Ability to utilize resources available to research issues and follow through until resolved.
• Follow up on projects, communication, and responsibilities in coordination with the CEO.
• Learning organizational/administrative basics for better team coordination and expansion.
The JOTO Executive Assistant must be committed to the educational process that takes place for you to learn the JoTo PR sales process, as well as the technology and applications we use as tools to maintain client accounts.
Required qualifications:
• Successful administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Keen attention to detail, organized and able to seamlessly multitask
• Forward thinker who monitors CEO’s calendar and events months out.
• Must have well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to establish highly functional relationships with diverse personalities both within and outside the company.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable with a can-do attitude
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to develop executive level PowerPoint presentations.
