Full Job Description Wood, Smith Henning & Berman is looking for attorneys to fill positions in its growing Tampa, Boca Raton, and Miami offices. The firm offers a flexible work from home policy and will consider applicants located throughout the state of Florida. In addition to its work from home policy, the firm offers an innovative bonus structure, collaborative working environment, and real opportunities for advancement. The firm is looking for candidates to work in all of its practice areas: insurance coverage, construction defect, general liability defense, subrogation, and labor law. All experience levels are desired – from law school graduates pending admission to the Florida Bar to experienced attorneys.
