As a Maintenance Manager/Team Leader you will be provided with the setting and tools to be successful in leading troubleshooting and problem-solving maintenance issues across 3 shifts. You will be working in a safe, clean, climate controlled environment that will enable you to perform your best!
In this role you will manage and coordinate those who diagnose and repair damaged or malfunctioning assembly equipment. You will prioritize and provide support and maintenance activities for work orders from production and support groups and schedule preventative maintenance events using our maintenance management system.
You will review maintenance calls daily to understand trends and drive maintenance and manufacturing engineering teams to improve processes. In addition, you will work with a manufacturing engineering team to implement cutting edge processes and equipment.
Your flexibility will allow you to supervise and develop high performing maintenance technicians on all 3 shifts. Your proven supervisory leadership in a fast-paced maintenance environment and ability to ensure quick response to emerging maintenance issues will reduce occurrences and improve asset reliability and uptime.
• Associates degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school and/or minimum four years of experience in a maintenance setting
• Experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Prior leadership, supervisory experience preferred
• Creative, flexible, service-oriented working leader that recognizes importance of meeting deadlines across all three shifts.
