We are currently looking for a Sr. Analyst, Control Room Management for our Owensboro, KY location.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
In this role, you will develop, implement and improve Boardwalk Control Room Management (CRM) Plan and Task Lists to comply with PHMSA requirements.
Responsibilities:
*Manage numerous alarm management, controller activity and fatigue mitigation reviews in conjunction with enhancing metrics to ensure plan effectiveness
*Create and assign controller training modules in the Learning Management System (LMS) to demonstrate CRM compliance
*Review pipeline incidents and incorporate lessons learned into training program as appropriate
*Coordinate and document team training activities for Boardwalk mock drills
*Support Business Continuity Plan failover (BCP) and manual pipeline operations exercise
*Generate and maintain annual documentation for completed training and training effectiveness with associated metrics
*Oversee completion of Operator Qualification (OQ) requirements for Gas and Liquids Control personnel in accordance with regulations
*Facilitate change management for CRM related processes and procedures to ensure compliance
*Participate in PHMSA CRM inspections, develop related data responses and support other audits requiring Control Room input
*Stay abreast of evolving federal and state regulations and guidelines as well as recommend actions and plans for future compliance
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
*Strong analytical and decision-making skills
*Proactive initiative to solve problems
*Thorough knowledge of CRM and ability to interpret regulatory guidelines
*Strong computer and organizational skills
*Effective verbal and written communication skills
*Good interpersonal skills to work in a team environment
*10 years pipeline industry experience with related Control Room background
*Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline
