Kforce is currently seeking a Junior level Sourcing Recruiter for our client in Orlando, FL. This role will be performing a blend of recruiting and sourcing. The candidate must be comfortable working in a high volume/fast paced environment.
• Prior experience sourcing, screening, staffing contract/independent talent
• Previous recruiting experience in staffing firms preferred
• Healthcare industry experience is a nice to have
• Must have strong organizational skills, ability to manage varying workloads and have strong communication skills
• Able to work in a collaborative/teaming environment
