Job Description
Required Skills:
• 8+ years’ work experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst
• Working knowledge of securities and financial instruments
• Strong experience in trade processing front-to-back, capital markets, operations, and support and control areas
• Experienced in business process reengineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development and analysis
• Experience in Trade Reconciliation is a plus
• Experienced in collecting, defining and documenting business and technology requirements, test plans and other project management artifacts
• Experienced in consulting with project stakeholders and subject matter experts (SME), including the skills to facilitate compromises, resolve conflicting requirements, and manage competing priorities
• Experienced in working across technology and business projects and managing inter-dependencies between them
• Data Oriented with excellent attention to detail and strong data analysis skills
• SQL skills is a must for Data Analysis. Basic Unix skills is a plus'
