Job Description
We are partnering with a luxury new home development in the Wimauma, FL area who is looking to hire a Front Desk Administrative Assistant! Professional, client-facing candidates with reception, leasing, or customer service experience, please apply today!
Job Description:
• Greet incoming customers looking to view model homes
• Notify sales agents if a customer has arrived
• Answer general inquiries about the community/development over the phone & in person
• Assist with data entry and other administrative duties
• Assist with reports and tracking data for sales team
• Communicating with vendors and management team with high level of professionalism
Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of administrative support, receptionist, leasing or office experience
• Professional, positive personality & client facing
• Data Entry skills
• Team player, willing to help as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with homeowners and clients
Other Info: • This is a long-term contract position (24+ months)
• There is a possibility to convert into a permanent position based on performance!
• Schedule is 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
• Compensation is $15 - $17/hr depending on experience, medical benefits are available
