Rooms To Go is looking to add to its existing Human Resources team by hiring an experienced generalist for our Corporate office.

What you will be doing:
• Support corporate associates with a range of HR related processes, procedures, and policies.
• Investigate a variety of employee relations situations.
• Review unemployment claims.
• Support the new hire and onboarding process while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support the life cycle of our Corporate Associates while partnering with Corporate leadership for win-win solutions.
What you bring to the table:
•
A Bachelors degree from an accredited university in a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of generalist experience in Human Resources with a medium to large company (1000+ employees) or a combination of education and experience is required.
• Proven interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to multitask and think out of the box for solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical skills (including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• Excellent time management skills.
• The ability to maintain confidentiality.
