Full Job Description The Messenger-Inquirer currently has an opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative as part of our Regional Call Center Team.
Our Call Center Representatives handle incoming customer calls pertaining to subscription services and classified advertising from over 25 different newspapers. They answer questions, address concerns or complaints, take payments and provide important information. They also make outbound calls to provide sales support for special pages or renewal offers on expired ads.
Requirements are:
* Exceptional Interpersonal Phone Skills
* Computer Literacy / Data Entry / Troubleshooting
* Dependable / Detail Oriented / Organized
* Strong Communication (written, verbal & active listening)
* Comfortable Working in a Fast-Paced Environment
* Ability to Evaluate Situations and React Accordingly
* Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM (Some Weekends & Holidays)
Sales experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
