Full Job Description Ex ecutive Assistant
Description: The Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, assisting with our donor care as an organization, property management, preparing expense reports, and being available to assist the Executive Director as needed. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the Executive Director.

Position Title: Executive Assistant
Supervisor: Executive Director
Program: Administrative
Location: Tampa, FL
Work Schedule: Varies; Part time, Shifts will include 9am - 5pm, with possibilities of working nights and weekends for events
Job Classification: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $12-$14 an hour
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to and troubleshoot emails for self and Executive Director
• Respond to phone calls and set appointments
• Assist in the thank you process for our donors through written, e-communication, and phone calls.
• Complete data input for donor and volunteer care
• Oversee Created Property needs by completing maintenance requests and setting appointments for property needs.
• Manage the Executive Directors calendar and help set appointments and meetings
• Collaborate with all external and internal stakeholders
• Achieve individual productivity requirements, contribute appropriately to group productivity objectives and use independent judgment
• Responsible for reports as required by the Agency in a timely and thorough manner
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Complies with all applicable training requirements.
• Complies with all company safety, personnel and operational policies and procedures.
• Complies with the work schedule to ensure effective operations of Agency programs.
• Contributes positively as a member of a productive and cooperative team.
• Performs other duties as necessary to fulfill Created’s Mission
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Able to speak, write and understand English.
• Must be sensitive to and respect cultural diversity amongst clients, staff and volunteers and able to work with diverse racial, ethnic and economic groups.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, nights, weekends.
• Ability to set appropriate limits, work under deadlines and multi-task.

• Possess strong work ethics.
• Ability to empathize and practice trauma informed care with those who have experienced various levels of trauma.
• Successfully pass a FDLE Level II background screening.
