Job Description
The position provides complex and confidential administrative support. Takes initiative and uses judgment to make decisions in the absence of specific directions from supervisor. Answers and screens telephone calls. Provides information to callers which require a detailed knowledge of the supervisor’s area of responsibility and College policies, procedures and operations. Conducts responsible accounting/fiscal transactions to include requisitions, budget transfers and the use of spreadsheets. Maintains the supervisor’s calendar, arranges meetings and appointment and makes travel arrangements.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s Degree as well as well-versed knowledge and background in the field.
