Job Description
Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
The Technical Training Leader within Eagle Product Inspection is responsible for developing, improving, and delivering X-ray Inspection technical training content to our customers, partners, and (as required) internal personnel. The person in this position will collaborate with Eagle Sales and Service teams as well as Product Managers on solution development and training needs to support new business opportunities. In order to effectively support the needs of the business and collaborate with the team, the position is based in Lutz, FL.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Directly develop and create X-ray Inspection training content for full Eagle product line that can be used to train our customers on-site or virtually.
• Monitor and understand current and future market training needs and aggressively pursue new training opportunities to optimize Eagle's position as a solution provider.
• Directly lead trainings with customers in virtual, on-site, or travel to customer site as required.
• Support development and delivery of internal training courses to support Eagle technical personnel and partners.
• Works closely with Service Operations and Service Manager to support overall training roadmap for Eagle technical support teams.
• Work closely with Product Managers to develop training materials for new product launches and the existing product line, while emphasizing customer value and total cost of ownership.
• Will serve as the customer-facing Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) for Eagle Product Inspection, North America. Responsible for Eagle's service provider registration and compliance with applicable US local, state, and federal laws.
• Works closely with engineering radiation safety officer and Eagle senior leadership on customer and field related compliance topics. Is not responsible for manufacturing compliance topics.
• Will support Eagle North America Service team in customer content development and delivery of Radiation Safety training courses. This includes but is not limited to content management of online course catalog, standard training presentations, documentation preparation, and enablement through train-the-trainer model to support customer training demand.
• Explore use of next-gen training models and techniques to create a positive classroom experience for learners.
• Test trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training programs. Ensure accurate records kept of training delivery in an easily accessible method by key stakeholders within the business.
• Work closely with Eagle Sales and Service Sales team members to ensure clear understanding and positioning of Eagle customer training offering to enable strong sales performance of training products.
• Ensure upkeep and maintain organization of the Tampa Eagle training room. Investigate and propose new technologies to enhance the overall trainee experience.
• Assist with Onboarding training for new employees.
• Assists the Applications group in providing application, testing and technical support when required.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed
• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with online and virtual training content develop preferred.
• Significant experience in delivering face to face training on a wide variety of topics.
• Direct Sales experience preferred

• Must be expert in X-ray Inspection
• Ability to handle a hectic, fast paced, ever-changing work environment, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Must be organized, efficient, detail-oriented, innovative and effective problem-solver
• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Exceptional communication skills and presentation skills (written and verbal), as well as excellent interpersonal skills to foster interaction within all levels of the organization, clients and subcontractors
• Experience with Windows or Mac based computerized office systems, Internet protocol, web based instructional methods and Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Visio)
• Must be able to meet difficult deadlines.
• Support and conform to 5S objectives.
• Strong problem solving abilities.
• Be able to interpret different learning style requirements and adapt training to the various styles as required
