TMT System Administrator Tampa, Florida United States - Full time Description
WWC Global is seeking a TMT System Administrator who is an enthusiastic, dynamic individual to assist our customer in their growing needs. Major responsibilities include support and maintenance of USSOCOM custom workflows and the task management tool (Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management/Accenture’s Task Management Tool (CRM/TMT)). The system administrator will:
• Serve as a key member of the IT team as liaison for custom workflows and CRM/TMT.
• Assist in the analysis, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of all custom workflows and CRM/TMT.
• Provide customer support including adding/removing users, setting user permissions, resolving customer issues via Remedy and monitoring software license usage.
• Troubleshoot workflow, CRM/TMT server, and SharePoint site collection issues, review event logs, monitor services and instances to ensure application is running properly for each customer site.
• Collaborate with component commands, and IT team to resolve workflow, CRM/TMT, and other IT issues.
• Provide workflow and TMT training to end users as required. This includes formal classroom training, individual one-on-one training, and in-office directorate/executive officer training.
• Assist staff with technical expertise, support, administration, and maintenance of workflow/CRM/TMT/SQL/SharePoint-related software and servers, to include patching, reboots, and applying STIGs to servers.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Current, active Top Secret security clearance.
• Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a TMT Administrator.
• CompTIA Security + Certification.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve end user problems and provide timely responses to the customer.
• Demonstrated ability to review/revise/develop training materials and to deliver clear, concise training.
• Demonstrated ability to review/revise/develop formal documentation (requirements, policy, etc.)
• Demonstrated knowledge of military headquarters business and workflow processes.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. WWC Global will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Management or related field.
• Prior Military experience, preferably with a tour at USSOCOM.
• Knowledge of SQL databases, MS Exchange, and/or SharePoint permissions.
• Availability Preferred: May 2021.
